Boxing day always raises its ugly head, doesn't it? Interestingly, for such a avid lover of christmas, I hate boxing day. The heartbreaking moment when you realise THERE ARE NO MORE PRESENTS. The look of despair at the cold leftovers. The (usual) sleeting rain that falls from the grey sky. The family lunch in which I always seem to embarress myself by drinking too much. I dramatise here people, but at least there is always one golden shiny light, glittering in the distance. Boxing day sales. Like any respectable lover of all things christmasy, I got myself down to the shops quicker than you can say 'turkey sandwich' - afterall, you can always treat yourself to one more present, can't you? It is just after christmas, isn't it?

    i didn't have chance to go to the boxing day sales, i was too busy asleep in bed nursing a food hangover from christmas day, ahahaha.
