American Apparel shorts and hair bow, Amazon Kindle, H&M sunglasses, Doc Martens

Just a nice selection of a few birthday presents from the 9th, and items that are brightening my days at the moment. I finally got the American Apparel Disco Shorts! They are beautiful, flattering, and ridiculously short, but I can't wait to wear them with smart little collared shirts, and floaty tee's in a few weeks time.  Plus, they looks great with sheer tights, frilly socks, and my new 3 hole dms! I've wanted one of the lower pairs for an age, and after rummaging through multiple second hand shops and vintage warehouse, the only pairs I could find were disgusting, too big or just plain destroyed. Although I did aim on buying the plain leather pair with my birthday money, these patent ones stole my heart. Despite being a little wary on buying the Disco Pants instead, I might have to buy a pair when I start my job in the summer. They really are just incredibly flattering. The CD is a mix tape I recently was given - if you can't see the title, it's called "roots, reggae and lovers rock". Can't describe how perfect it is to listen to on a beautiful sunny day after school and doing some revision. Which reminds me, GCSE's start in only 7 weeks!
